switching from one school district to another

I worked 14 yrs for a non profit in Boston area and paid social security. Moved to Texas and worked for AISD for 3 years where i paid social security and TRS. Now i am going to work for a school distrrct that does not pay in to Social security but TRS.  How dose WEP affect my benefits when i retire?
